Membership Registration
If I register as a member, will there be any registration or membership fees?
Membership is free, and there are no joining fees or annual fees.
You can use one login ID on your PC, smartphone, and mobile phone.
To register as a new member, please register here.
I can't register as a member
If you are unable to register as a member, it may be due to the following reasons:
If there is an error in your input.
⇒Please check the error message displayed in red before registering as a member.
・If you have previously registered with the same email address ⇒ If you see the message "The login information you entered is already in use," this means that you have already registered with the same email address.
If you have forgotten your previous registration details, please reset your password and log in.
I want to change my registration details
If you wish to change your registration information, you can do so by going to "Confirm/Edit Registration Information" on your My Page.
If you have changed your email address, please change it by clicking "Change your login email address."
Ordering
I placed an order but haven't received an order confirmation email
When your order is complete, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
If you do not receive an email, it may be due to a delay in email delivery, an incorrect email address being registered, or you may have set up email reception from specific domains.
Please add "@sondersable.com" to your designated receiving list before placing your order.
If you do not receive an email within an hour after your order has been placed, the following may be the cause.
1. The order has not been completed.
2. The registered email address is incorrect.
3. The email has been sorted into the spam folder.
4. The domain is specified in the spam settings, or is not specified as an allowed domain.
I want to confirm my order
You can check your orders from the "Order History" section of your My Page.
If you do not receive an order completion email, please check your My Page.
I can't find it in my order history
If you cannot confirm your order in "Order History", an error has occurred and your order has not been completed successfully.
If you would like to confirm your order, please contact customer support by email.
In addition, if you have set up reception from specific domains, you will not receive emails.
Please be sure to add "@sondersable.com" to your designated receiving list before contacting us.
About changing or cancelling your order after placing it
① If you place your order within one day, you can cancel it on the same day.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us via "Customer Inquiries".
②If you wish to change your address, please contact us via "Customer Inquiries."
③You can change the color or size of the product. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us via "Customer Inquiry".

Our card payment system does not issue credit card receipts. Please check the statement sent to you by your card company.

If there is a problem with your credit card, your order will not be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns Policy
If you discover a product defect upon receiving the product, please contact us via "Customer Inquiry" within 7 days.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items.

·underwear
*Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
・If the manufacturer's packaging (package, gift box, etc.) is damaged
- Products that have been used by the customer even once or that show signs of use
- Products that have been altered, washed or cleaned by the customer after delivery
・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession
If you wish to return an item, please contact us without refusing to accept the item you ordered.
If not, the package will be returned to our logistics service provider's warehouse and we will not be able to process the return directly.
Please note that returns will not be possible unless you contact us first.
Regarding return shipping fees
Please note that if you wish to return a product, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (both delivery costs and return shipping costs) plus handling fees for the product.
Please note that in the case of a return, the previous shipping fee will not be refunded.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that this will take some time.
